A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application by 360 Health and Community Limited T/A 360 Health and Community for its 360 Health and Community Enterprise Agreement 2018 has been approved by Fair Work Deputy President Millhouse in Melbourne on 9 May 2019.

A s.365 (Application to deal with contraventions involving dismissal) by Ms Macy Banks involving Sharkra Medispa has been amended by Fair Work Deputy President Cross in Sydney on 10 may 2019. The new case summary reads: “Application to deal with a general protections dispute involving dismissal; application made outside of the time prescribed; whether there are exceptional circumstances; whether discretion to allow a further period within which application may be made should be exercised; extension of time granted – Correction to catchwords.” The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 29 April 2019 [2019] FWC 2693 is corrected as follows: [1] Delete catchwords and replace with the following: – ‘Application to deal with a general protections dispute involving dismissal; application made outside of the time prescribed; whether there are exceptional circumstances; whether discretion to allow a further period within which application may be made should be exercised; extension of time granted.’ [2] Delete paragraph [35] and replace with the following: – ‘I therefore propose to allow the Applicant further period within which to lodge her application. The application may therefore be lodged by 27 February, 2019.’

A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application from Ozcare for the Ozcare Enterprise Agreement 2018 has been ratified by Fair Work Deputy President Mansini sitting in Melbourne on 10 May 2019.
