A s.394 (unfair dismissal) claim by Alison Vicki Young against Ochre Health Pty Ltd T/A Ochre Health has been tossed out by Commissioner Yilmaz in Melbourne on 30 September 2021. “Application for an unfair dismissal remedy – whether the time limit commences from the date of the written notice of dismissal despite dismissal in person – whether the Commission’s OLS caused the lateness – application lodged out of time – application dismissed.”
