Associate Professor Shane Clifton has been appointed to an associate professorship at the Faculty of Health and Medicine. In 2010, Clifton had a spinal cord injury leading to incomplete quadriplegia. Prior to his appointment, Clifton spent four years as a researcher ad Policy Director at the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability or the Disability Royal Commission.
